Potassium Nitrate can be readil soluble in water and is best for drip irrigation and foliar application of fertilizer. it is suitable post boom and for physiological maturity of crop.

Product Features

KNO3 is a compound with the chemical name potassium nitrate. Potassium nitrate, also known as saltpeter, is a water-soluble white solid formed by the separation and crystallization of sodium nitrate and potassium chloride solutions. In India, South Africa, and Brazil, it naturally exists in rocks in the form of saltpeter. When heated, it decomposes to produce nitrite and oxygen. Unlike sodium nitrate, it does not deliquescence. Potassium nitrate is used for gunpowder, fertilizers, and laboratory preparation of nitric acid.

Potassium nitrate is the most common desensitizer in over-the-counter toothpaste. The combination of 5% potassium nitrate and sodium fluoride or sodium fluoride monofluorophosphate can significantly alleviate symptoms within 2 weeks of daily use. Potassium ions penetrate the length of dentin tubules and prevent repolarization of nerve endings. Regular use of potassium nitrate toothpaste is necessary to avoid recurrence of symptoms, maintain high abundance of extracellular potassium ions, and maintain the interdental nerve in a hyperpolarized state. Potassium nitrate typically appears in caves and soil in arid regions.
