1.Extruding granular producing line:Pelleting organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer are mixed in a certain proportion and manufactured by different fertilizer extrusion pelleting machines.

2.High tower roller compound fertilizer:Melting and mixing urea liquid and phosphate and potassium fertilizer under the granulation tower. 3.Rotary drum granular: The mixed material in the drum granulation is moistened by the binder, and the material is continuously bonded into granules with the rotation of the drum. Binder has water, urea, humic acid, etc., can be determined according to production needs. The main features of this process are: organic fertilizer can be directly granulated without advance treatment; The selection range of binder is wide, and the process versatility is strong.

 

Application Process

 

Application:

Granular Compound Fertilizer is normally applied into the soil directly. Nutrients dissolved in the soil can be absorbed by crops roots. Most granular fertilizers are quick-released and fast-acting.

Formulation can be adjusted according to natural condition of local soil, variety of the crops, different growing periods and application methods. Chlorine-based, sulphur-based, urea-based and nitrate-based formulations are available.
 

Is There Any Harm in Using NPK Fertilizer?

There is no harm in NPK fertilizers in conscious use. However, fertilization without soil analysis may cause the reintroduction of sufficient minerals to the soil, and an excess of some elements may cause a problem.
